Jenn Grover shares her experiences with the TAB 360<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If Jenn Grover had to sum up the all-new TAB 360<\/a> in one word, it would be a \u201cgame-changer.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jenn, a nuCamp ambassador, bid farewell to her beloved TAB 320, affectionately named Mattie Ross, and set off on a journey to test the prototype of the TAB 360 with her dog, Rocky. In July, she picked up the camper and began her adventure out West, exploring the rugged landscapes of Colorado, Montana, and South Dakota. Her journey is far from over, with plans to continue to Wyoming, Montana, and Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In August, Jenn held a livestream Q&A<\/a>, answering questions about the TAB 360 and her experiences on the road. She also released a combination review and walk-through video<\/a> following the livestream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI am in love with this camper,\u201d Jenn said in a video. \u201cI think it\u2019s beautiful. It\u2019s ingenious the way storage has been used and the integration of the stargazer windows and all without compromising the classic teardrop style and shape. I just absolutely think this camper is brilliant.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few of her favorite things<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Jenn shared her insights on the TAB 360\u2019s layout, highlighting the permanent twin bed setup. One side features a fixed twin bed that doubles as seating, while the other side boasts a cozy two-person dinette that easily converts into a second twin bed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI really love the permanent dinette as a solo traveler,\u201d Jenn explained. \u201cWhen I get out of bed in the morning, there\u2019s a place for everything. That\u2019s probably the biggest change for me. \u2026 I was really surprised at how spacious and roomy the dinette is.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her top three favorite features? The windows, the height, and the storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The TAB 360 has several large windows, including stargazers at both the front and rear. As a remote worker, Jenn spends a lot of time inside the camper, and during her travels, she even contracted COVID. Yet, the ample natural light allowed her to enjoy Colorado\u2019s stunning scenery, even while recovering indoors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standing at 5\u20199\u201d, Jenn sometimes found the TAB 320<\/a> a bit tight, especially in the wet bath. She had to bend over to use the sink, which led her to rely on the galley kitchen instead. But with eight extra inches of height in the TAB 360, Jenn can now comfortably stand in the shower and use the sink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFor the first time in 10 years, I can stand in the bathroom,\u201d Jenn said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extended travel demands a lot of gear, and Jenn praised the increased storage space in the TAB 360. From multiple drawers and cabinets in the galley to additional storage around the dinette and twin bed, the new layout offers plenty of room for all her essentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s also more surface space to keep things organized. In the TAB 320, the dinette table was the only place to set things down, which became inconvenient when the dinette was converted into a bed. Now, the TAB 360 offers a nightstand with a drawer \u2014 perfect for her phone, charger, remotes, and a glass of water at night. The nightstand \u201creally helps it feel more homey,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt is a remarkably sound camper,\u201d Jenn shared. \u201cIt\u2019s not like there are these major design flaws. It\u2019s really thought out. The design team that worked on this \u2014 I\u2019ll tell you what \u2014 I hope nuCamp can hold on to all that talent because this is a beautiful trailer. I look at it and think there\u2019s no other camper I\u2019d have.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While Jenn has encountered a few minor issues, she says the TAB 360 \u201coozes quality,\u201d adding, \u201cI don\u2019t think there will be many kinks to work out.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you like the galley kitchen?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The most pressing question on viewers\u2019 minds was how Jenn felt about the galley kitchen setup in the TAB 360. Since releasing images and videos of the camper, many have voiced concerns over the single glass-top cover for the sink and two-burner stove, particularly about the limited counter space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jenn admitted that she initially had reservations about the galley layout as well, but after using the kitchen, she told viewers she had \u201cno complaints.\u201d She explained that, since she doesn\u2019t use large pots or pans, the compact burners work perfectly for her. She\u2019s already cooked several meals and uses a tea kettle daily to make her coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf you\u2019re a 320 owner, you\u2019re not going to notice a huge difference in the galley kitchen,\u201d Jenn said. \u201cIt might be a little bit smaller, but it\u2019s negligible.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of Jenn\u2019s favorite ways to cook while camping is with her air fryer, which she stores on the kitchen counter. She also enjoys cooking outside whenever possible. To maximize space, she keeps the glass-top cover closed and places a silicone mat over it, providing ample room for food prep. Additionally, there\u2019s some counter space behind the kitchen, attached to the dinette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A viewer mentioned they wished the fridge were smaller to create more counter space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jenn countered by saying she loves the spacious fridge in the 360\u2019s kitchen. The TAB 360 comes standard with a 5 cu ft 12-volt compressor refrigerator. In her TAB 320, Jenn used to bring along a large 75-liter Dometic cooler, which was heavy and cumbersome. But with the added fridge space in the 360, she no longer needs the cooler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI absolutely love it,\u201d Jenn said of the large fridge. \u201cI\u2019m glad they went with the choice they did.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is towing like?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Jenn also fielded several questions about towing the TAB 360. She towed the camper with her Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland Edition, which has a towing capacity of 6,200 lbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While Jenn was more aware of the camper behind her than her previous trailer, she had no issues with the towing experience. She noted that towing the TAB 360 felt very similar to towing the TAB 320. With her Jeep\u2019s towing capacity well above the trailer\u2019s weight of 2,714 lbs, Jenn felt confident and at ease on the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few viewers had vehicles with a 3,500-lb towing capacity and sought advice. Jenn recommended they consult their dealership to confirm their towing limits and pay close attention to their vehicle\u2019s tongue weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThat decision is a tough one,\u201d Jenn said. \u201cPersonally, I like to have more capacity than what is needed. I just find that it is a better experience altogether.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does the extra height make a difference?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Some viewers wondered if the added height in the TAB 360 made a noticeable difference compared to the TAB 320. The TAB 360 boasts an interior height of 76″, which is seven inches taller than the 2025 TAB 320.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jenn explained that combined with the open-concept layout, the extra height makes the teardrop feel significantly more spacious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe floorplan is brilliant,\u201d Jenn said. \u201cnuCamp has managed to retain the classic teardrop shape that we all love in the TAB 360. In addition to being taller, a little bit wider, and a little bit longer, it still looks like a classic teardrop.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jenn\u2019s brother, who is 6\u20194\u201d, visited her while she was camping in the TAB 360. In the past, he often felt cramped inside the TAB 320, especially when they were both in the camper. However, in the TAB 360, he felt much more comfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHe felt very comfortable at the dinette,\u201d Jenn explained. \u201cI was really surprised at how spacious and roomy the dinette is. \u2026 The 360 dinette is very spacious. I\u2019ve found that very comfortable.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s next?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Jenn is currently exploring South Dakota, with plans to head north into Canada next. She\u2019s scheduled to return to nuCamp\u2019s headquarters in Sugarcreek, OH, at the end of October.
