TAG vs TAB \u2014 Which one is right for you?<\/p>\n

You\u2019re considering buying one of those cute little teardrop campers. You like the idea of carrying your \u201chome\u201d around with you when you travel and maybe even trying your hand at boondocking to give your adventuresome side free rein.<\/p>\n

But you\u2019re not sure which one to go with. Which is the better fit for your needs and desires: the compact TAG or the roomier TAB? And is size the only difference between the two?<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a quick rundown on the differences between the two to help you make your decision.<\/p>\n

TAG Teardrop <\/strong><\/p>\n

The TAG Teardrop Trailer<\/a> is the lightest teardrop in the nuCamp family and can be towed by just about any vehicle. The perfect two-person sleeper, the TAG comes with a queen-size bed (the TAG XL offers a larger bed), Ohio Amish rich real wood cabinetry, a sink and two-burner stove, Yeti cooler, 8-gallon fresh-water tank, air-conditioning and external shower.<\/p>\n

The TAG line also has options for those who want a little more. Our Convenience Package includes LED lights, galley speakers and tank\/ battery monitors and disconnect, among others. (Click here<\/a> for the full list.) And if you\u2019re a confirmed boondocker, you have your choice of two packages<\/a>: Boondock Lite and Boondock Edge. As for exterior customization, we give you choices there as well\u2014two base colors and five trim colors, as well as three graphics options: Classic, Matrix and Dottie.<\/p>\n

TAB Teardrop<\/strong><\/p>\n

Looking for something a little bigger with a few more features? One of our three TAB models\u2014TAB 320 CS\/CS-S, TAB 320 S\/U and TAB 400\u2014is sure to fit the bill! All three share specific features including central air conditioning, a queen-sized bed, entertainment system, and Alde heat and hot water system\u2014not to mention Ohio Amish rich real wood cabinetry!<\/p>\n

TAB 320 CS & TAB 320 CS-S<\/a>\u2014A cute little two-sleeper, Our TAB Clamshell has a queen-size bed and plenty of storage space. We\u2019ve tucked the kitchen in the back hatch of the camper, complete with sink, two-burner stove and two-way fridge. If you want the convenience of a wet-bath, just pick our 320 CS-S model. There\u2019s also a Convenience Package with a few more upgrades, Sofitel version for luxury touches, and Boondock Lite for drycampers! Pick the one that meets your needs and preferences!<\/p>\n

TAB 320 S & TAB 320 U<\/a>\u2014What\u2019s inside our TAB 320? Let\u2019s start with a kitchen, equipped with a sink, stove, and fridge, complemented by a dinette that converts to a sleeping area with a queen-size bed. You can also choose either a wet bath (TAB 320 S) or a wardrobe (TAB 320 U). The TAB 320 S\/U also comes with three package choices: Boondock Lite and Boondock Edge for boondocking and Sofitel for luxury touches.<\/p>\n

Both the TAB 320 CS\/CS-S, TAB 320 S\/U come in your choice of two base colors and five trim colors as well as two cushion colors: Whales Grey and Bertollini.<\/p>\n

TAB 400<\/a> \u2014 Ready to kick it up a notch? Then the TAB 400 is just what you\u2019re looking for. The same teardrop shape as its other TAB and TAG siblings, the 400 has a larger interior, with a three-person dinette that converts to a second sleeping area and a larger wet bath with pull-down sink and heated floor. The full kitchen includes a glass-top sink, two-burner stove and two-way fridge, while the master sleeping area features the comfortable Froli Sleep System. A 24″ TV and entertainment center and external shower are included, with an optional Convenience Package with a few more upgrades. For boondocking, our Boondock Lite package will keep you comfortable no matter where you\u2019re parked!<\/p>\n

As for exterior color choices, pick from three graphics options: Accent Line, Tempest and Sentra; five trim colors, two sidewall colors and two accent panels. Four cushion colors round out your design options.<\/p>\n

Making the Choice<\/strong><\/p>\n

So which one works for you? Consider your budget, your tow vehicle, and your needs and preferences as well as the number of people who will be accompanying you on your RV experience. This will help you make the right choice.<\/p>\n
